Listing Agents EXPLANATION ~ Why Roundwood Manor cannot sell as a single-family home?

The main reason Buyer's are not buying the house is the size of the home and the amount of money it takes to maintain the property. Buyer's today are so different than 20-30 years ago. They want homes that are smaller, updated, and easy to maintain. While your home is an absolute showplace, it is not what today's Buyer wants.
